Modifications and Cancellations

  • Cancellation and Modification Policy:

    • 1. Customized items:

    Once an order for a customized item is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after 2 hours from the time of purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

    • 2. Timely Delivery:
    • We strive to deliver orders promptly; however, if modifications are requested after the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee timely delivery of the modified merchandise
