  • We do not guarantee that all product information is always current or error-free.
  • Use of our products is at your own risk.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT:
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price due to system or human error.
  • Payment must be completed before production begins.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery times may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, and location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
  • All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.
  • Custom-made products are not eligible for return due to preference, change of mind, or customer error once approved and produced.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
  • All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Celi Beli and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. CONTENT GUIDELINES:
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, illegal, or otherwise offensive.
  • We also reserve the right to decline any design that violates intellectual property laws or brand guidelines.
8. USER SUBMISSIONS & CUSTOM ORDERS:
  • By submitting or approving a custom design, you confirm that you have full rights to use any logos, images, text, or materials provided.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your submission does not infringe on any third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.
  • Celi Beli is not liable for any legal claims arising from customer-submitted or customer-approved designs.
  • By placing a custom order, you accept full responsibility for the content provided and approved.
9. DESIGN APPROVAL & FINALITY:
  • All custom designs require customer approval prior to production.
  • Once a design is approved, it is considered final and cannot be changed, disputed, or refunded due to design-related issues.
  • Customers may choose to waive their right to design approval in order to expedite production. By doing so, the customer acknowledges that the design will proceed directly into production without review, and Celi Beli shall not be responsible for any errors, changes, or dissatisfaction once production has begun. No modifications, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted after production starts under an approval waiver.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS:
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page.
  • Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
