Refund and Replacement Service Procedure

Step 3: Receive Refund or Replacement after we have received and processed your request.

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following processing times:

  • For refunds to credit cards, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Refunds processed through PayPal can take between 3-5 business days to appear in your PayPal account.

Replacement Product(s):

Upon approval of your replacement request, a new order will be placed using the original address and information provided by the client, unless specified differently by the client.
